~American Veteran: I am a disabled vet and my check oes to direct express. I became completely stranded in china without the ability to use an ATM or make a purchase over *** dollars based on a new ruling from direct express that they never informed e of. I only found out about this change ** days after it happenened after expending may dollars calling back from china . I will drop. This card immediately. Shame on them and our government for allowing them to take advantage of vets and others using them for our benefits
