~Wade: I redeemed a code for BF* DLC but it is not showing up in game. I contacted EA and they said I need to provide a picture of a receipt with my signature on it, even though I ordered through Amazon which doesn't give you physical receipts. They then asked for a screenshot of the receipt, and then suddenly changed their mind and said I couldn't be helped and told me to next time be ready with everything before I contact them, then they just immediately disconnected from my chat. EA never ever changes, no matter how much they say.

~Wade: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Wade: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Electronic Arts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Wade: For that I would say four out of five.
