~abc: Express Scripts convinced me that signing up for their service would simplify my life - no more hassle of driving to the pharmacy or waiting in line. Well, I received my prescriptions that were placed on the same day, one WEEK apart, and worse than that, they were both incorrect. One was the wrong dose, meaning I'll run out of meds way before I should, and the other was a generic even though I specifically asked for the name brand. The customer service rep was rude, condescending and LAUGHED at me when I asked to disenroll. She told me I could not send the meds back, could not "disenroll" since Express Scripts IS my insurance company (no it's not - it's Anthem Blue Cross) and that she wasn't laughing - I must have "misheard" her. Rude. Arrogant. ZERO customer service. Unbelievable waste of my time and a huge hassle. I now have meds I can't use and can't return. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!
