~Express Scripts SUCKS: Express Scripts customer service is separate from their claims center. They will not give you the "secret number" to the claims center. If you are trying to get money back for a claim they stonewall you as much as possible and the customer service representatives can only contact the claims center "through the computer" I wish they didn't owe me $*,*** it has been * months since I submitted my claim. Still nothing.
