~anon: Ok I had my doctor send my ** day blood pressure meds scripts in. He does it electronically and they received it the first time he did it this way. I call ***** to make sure they got plus check their website. Call them I again check on ***** as now I am out of meds. They say they have nothing from my doctor , my doctor shows me he sent electronically and no kick back received so they did receive it. Oh customer agent told me as I was out to have doctor get me a ** day supply locally I did and so now I had to pay for that. My doctor will re order again this week through them mean while my blood pressure went back to ******* so not only will my doctor charge me for the med he gave me at his office but he made me come back the next day to check so now I am out of money two doctors visit local pharmacy cost and my time and aggravation dealing with these idiots at express scripts. Oh and my insurance denied the meds becasue I have a mandatory mail in policy really this company should be
