~El Dorado Hills: I was given an application by our bank for a business credit card. There is no number on the application, I found the number on the Internet. There are questions that needed answers before the application is submitted. I was transferred twice but no one understood what I needed and that I didn't want to apply on the phone for an individual card. I finally gave up and said good bye.

~El Dorado Hills: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~El Dorado Hills: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
