~jennie acree: I never in all the years I have been in fingerhut had such lousy service you don't call people when they have a problem and then you email people and say you tried to get in touch with someone which is not true because I am on permanent disability and home every day. I no who call and who don't so what am I suppose to do set on the phone and go sleep waiting for someone to answer the phone are call? I ask you all to take that rockwear coat off a order that I have since it is not in stock ord********** and I need it now not after christmas so take it off my bill and you haven't even did that so I am going to cancel my service and just pay for what I did get.
