GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Fingerhut customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~johnny: I call to make a payment on my friends account and was refused the payment because I didn't know the account holders *-digit s.s *. I was not asked for any other information. I am appalled of the service even when I stated I have the customer account * and the customer Number billing address and birthday but S.S.* is personal information. The account holders name is Ricky Sosa whom could be reached at ************ my name is Johnny Roldan my * is ************ I would like this problem to be rectified so that payments could be made on a timely basis. your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated. Staff should be trained on proper customer service. A bad exp. for a customer is not escalated by arguing or calling a client a liar. If payment is not received by the ******* it would be added late fees not because the customer refused to pay but really because the company is refusing the payment.**Sincerely yours**Ricky Sosa and Johnny Roldan
