GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ford customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jennifer: called fremont Motors because we were have problems with Ford Focus. they said it was the Throttle Body and that it was under warranty bring it in. I said no will only deal with another branch of Fremont Motors (had problems with this branch before) sent it with a mechanic (who had put a diagnostic machine on and said peddle acculator was stuck in closed position)to other branch. The other branch said no that it was not under warranty (he had to read warranty twice). called owner and it was already there she said to fix it (not sure if it was said yes to first or after) and he would give her a discount. I called first branch after i heard that it was not under warranty and the guy said that to tell them to write off part of it. they wouldn't said to take it to the guy the next day. the Ford worker is going to pay part of the bill (or so he says) out of his own pocket. when we e-mail the ford company all we got from them was " I'm Sorry". so not only will Ford not stand behind thei

~jennifer: For that I would say four out of five.
