GetHuman-194184: Called *-***-***-**** got a great rep.*My service contract had expired and the rep*was really helpful as I needed to renew my*service contract.*NOTE: Rep told me my credit card payment*would take ** days to cover my contract.*This was not stated in the contract I*received by mail. This means my washer is*not covered for ** days. Frigidaire--*you need to be up front with this info.*It is an unethical practice not to give*this information to your customers. If my*machine breaks down in that ** day window*guess who pays for the repairs. Not*Frigidaire--I do!! So BEWARE everyone--*your payment takes ** days to process. tf
