~Bern: Got through within a minute. Was hoping for some explanation for a sudden problem w dishwasher after about * years. The problem doesn't make sense so I couldn't blame the customerservice rep for being unable to advise a fix. He took the trouble to ask fellow reps whether they had ever heard of my problem, as well, but no one had ever heard it before. So, I was satisfied w* the call but the problem goes on so I'll call a repair guy.

~Bern: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bern: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Frigidaire's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bern: For that I would say four out of five.
