~goodnight: It took ** to get a human. It never offered renters info i has to click on emergency auto to get someone in renters.then h hold some more because it didn't show i had a policy so i pressed another numbers to get to a a human to pay on my policy i asked her *x what was the difference if i pay ** versus ***i save the * install fee no she says ** is due and *** is total balance due. In the *th tine asking about the fee she finally said yes u wouldn't pay the fee. Omg there has to b an easier way to pay. I don't have computer access at work to payonline which they kept telling u to do instead of waiting for them to answer. Horrible horrible ** minutes total of my break time at work which i went over *. Thanks gieco
