GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's GameFly customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tat: So far me and Gamefly off to a bad start. I'm smack in the middle of two shipping hubs and still * full days later no game. Now will be a total of * days I expect to receive my first games. I'm * hours away I mean come on really. Got something from California in two days. I could have drove got my game and back and still be waiting for them to arrive in the mail. What their doing is being cheep when they could work out a deal with the post office for express service and my game would have arrived in * to * days. Now it's to the point I could have rode a freaking bicycle to Pittsburgh and back quicker.

~Tat: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about GameFly's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tat: For that I would say one out of five.
