GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Google Play customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Former Google User: I got offered to buy a device on G-play and if I do, I will receive a $** gift card from Google play to put toward my next G-play purchase. I thought it was a nice offer from Google, and bought that device. Google indeed credited those promised $** in my Google wallet account. BUT, when finally tried to purchase another device on G-play using this $** credit, it wasn't working at all. I then called G-play help line to find out that they didn't allowed me to use this money toward devices, and that any "gift" (gift cards...etc) money could only be used toward apps, movies and musics, but NOT to buy any devices !! Here is a copy of the condition listed in the email they sent at the time I redeemed the credit. As you can see, nothing there says this money cannot be used for devices on G-play:*"Good for one $** Google Play credit. Google Play credit is not reloadable and has no cash value. Google Play credit must be added to a Google Wallet account by January **, ****. Once added, credit mu

~Former Google User: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Former Google User: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Former Google User: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Play customers?
~Former Google User: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
