GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Groupon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Vanjay: I ordered a gift for my grandsons *nd birthday (lil rx *wheel bike) It arrived ** days before his big day which was great. * days later i started putting it together, the parts did not match up, sticker decal sheet had cuts in it making them unusable. The holes where spikes go were not drilled open so tires could not be installed. Motor that connects to wheels was too large and did BBC ot fit into crevice. Needless to say,i was very disappointed. After being on hold for ** minutes only to be told they cannot ship me a replacement but that i would have to reorder, ship the defective item back and wait *-*weeks for a refund! My grandson happen to see the box with the defective pieces and was so excited but its unusable. When i attempted to reorder the item it had increased in price. One very unhappy grandma!

~Vanjay: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Vanjay: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Vanjay: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~Vanjay: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
