~Paul K: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH AMANDA! **Did not receive call for scheduled delivery time. Called at *:** am and told to call back at ** am. Called at ** am, speaking to customer service agent "Amanda", and told there is nothing that could be done and it will be forwarded to a supervisor for someone to call later today and schedule for later this week. I said that is unacceptable I needed and planned for this to be here today. I was told that delivery today was impossible requested a refund. I was told ** -** business days to cancel. I asked Amanda to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor was unavailable. I said I would wait and then was told the supervisor does not take calls. Amanda was clearly giving me the run around, I asked for her last name and the supervisor's name. I was told that is not allowed to be given out. **Complete waste of time dealing with this company. I hope they understand for future clients that the most important customer commod
