~Jon: I had an appointment for *pm. Arrived at *:**pm only to be told that my appointment had been cancelled. After the confusion was cleared up and a **min wait I was helped. Helped is a very generous description because the person preparing my return had less knowledge in the Tax Code then I do. During the process I found several errors and brought to the preparers attention. Needless to say I will have to review for accuracy. Not money well spent.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H&R Block. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H&R Block problem?
~Jon: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jon: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jon: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
~Jon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
