~mulababy: terrible service. visual communication is good and all but verbal communication about a ** dollar fee to direct deposit the money in my account is un reasonable if you did not communicate that to me before the process started. then if the process has already begun and you dont want to pay their hidden fee then you must pay ** dollars to get your tax papers back thats upsetting. they dont try and match the right tax method with the payer its a horrid service over all i am trully appauled.

~mulababy: For that I would say one out of five.
