~Marc: I purchased a cell phone in March have had problems from almost the beginning, I called service provider whose only option was to send in the handset and in ** business days I will receive a replacement handset, in the mean time I will be without a phone, which puts me under a undue burden as I need the phone for work and personal use. An option would be to send me the replacement handset first and I will then send in faulty handset.

~Marc: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Marc: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HSN.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Marc: For that I would say one out of five.

~Marc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HSN.com to know who you are.
