GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HealthCare.gov customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-402235: After receiving a promised call back although during a time I did not specify, I called today and didn't wait as long as I expected to speak to a representative. The problem was with the representative. She sounded from the agitated from the get go. She was unwilling to help me with my problem with the website and seemed unwilling to accept my applying through her. Her voice was one of condemnation and obviously is very stressed out and tired of being on the phone. I did not trust to discuss any of my personal information with her nor did I feel confident in her abilities to find the correct insurance for me. I decided I would call again and hopefully get a better rep but I am not hopeful Luckily said yes to a survey which conveyed my dissatisfaction but who knows if that is even taken into consideration at all. If I do not get coverage due to this very BIG problem internally, I will be looking into ways to shed light on the problem and fight the penalty I will incur due to non-coverag

GetHuman-402235: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HealthCare.gov's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-402235: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HealthCare.gov customers?
GetHuman-402235: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthCare.gov to know who you are.
