~Ladyrose: Your location*store in Greenville, SC has the worst team of associates I have ever encountered in my life. Very rude, impersonable and no display of huham kindness. Customers were told to get out of the door way, to place forms that should have been on a table (where they should have already been ** minutes after opening), the staff did not accept any blame that school just recently received graduation information. **My daughter has been trying to order her cap and gown for almost two months. She and I both called the location for several weeks, left messages and received no response. There was never any information available to her in any packet about ordering her cap and gown. Three weeks ago when she questioned the representative that came to the school for delivery, they did not provide her with any information on how to order her cap and gown. She was finally able to get a live person on last Friday and was told she needed to do there between * pm and * pm on any Friday. **T
