~frustrated with Hertz: Hertz is only interested in customer service problems that occur M-F. If you have a question or a problem on the weekend, you need to wait...oh by the way....a Hertz representative apparently didn't know their own customer service department was closed on the weekends. I was transferred but the call went to a fast busy signal. I always thought of Hertz as similar to Nordstrom.....not any more.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hertz. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hertz problem?
~frustrated with Hertz: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~frustrated with Hertz: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hertz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~frustrated with Hertz: For that I would say two out of five.
