~SickofOTCandHigherOne: I had several unauthorized charges posted to my account. I put all of these charges in dispute, filled out the forms and then put an "ACH Block" on my account. (Or so I thought.) Since I had no money on the account* HigherOne charged me $**.** "insufficient funds" fee for each charge! The Dispute dept. does not have a direct phone number to call. So you have to fax information to them. This dept also does not have an direct e-mail address* yet continuously sends lame, pathetic "chain-letters" via e-mail. These "chain-letters" request the same ignorant information every time. If HigherOne's dispute deparment wants more specific information from me, then contact me directly. Why not call me on the phone? Since I have to post my phone number several times on their stupid Dispute form, they should have the number! This company may be convenient for the schools that use their services, but it is NOT CONVENIENT FOR THE STUDENTS!!! The administration & cashier's office at Ozarks Technical C
