~Hotels.com SUCKS!: Customer Serivice had me on hold for almost * hours!!!!!! No one picked up the telephone! This is unacceptable - why do you treat your customers this way. I will NEVER BOOK with you again! I will also speak to everyone I know and tell them of my horrible experience and beg thwm to NEVER use your site or book with you again. You have lost a valuble customer!
