GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HughesNet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-237256: I was told repeatedly not to call here as it is not customer service, but it worked and was the only place that did after fraudulent account was placed on with my account. I talked to VU, he helped me. And don't let them tell you they can not refund to a cc because they can. I highly reccomend calling here directly if customer service can not resolve your problem, however, if they do not do as they say they will I will call them again! They again repeatedly told me not to use this number!

GetHuman-237256: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-237256: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-237256: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-237256: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
