GetHuman-makarach: since I have reinstalled instagram on my phone, I can not sign in and use my account anymore. my username : alimakarachi
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-makarach: after few days I found that there is an another account created with a weird combination of my email address with a photo from my Facebook account. as long as I tried to reach my own account with the original username (alimakarachi ), some messages came up and refer me to unknown email addresses.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Instagram. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Instagram problem?
GetHuman-makarach: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-makarach: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Instagram's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-makarach: For that I would say three out of five.
