~Worst Experience EVER: Intuit is horrible but they are my only choice with BigCommerce and Webgility. They are not helpful in the least. Bottom line is: if you do not have a tech background you are out of luck. Go ahead and pay someone to figure out the connections and save yourself the headache and frustration. THE WORST EVER! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY EXPECT YOU TO READ ALL THE FORUMS AND FIGURE PROBLEMS OUT YOURSELF.

~Worst Experience EVER: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Intuit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
