GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Intuit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Disappointed: We had a service added to our quickbooks for which we had to pay $***. After the service, we had many technical problems with the program, and it didn't work. After calling back several times, and waiting each time, we decided to revert back to the way the program was originally because we were wasting time with the new (faulty) set-up. When we asked for a refund, the manager accused us of lying and that he would additionally charge us for the phone call. Unbelievably horribly customer service!!

~Disappointed: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Disappointed: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Intuit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Disappointed: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Intuit customers?
~Disappointed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Intuit to know who you are.
