~Pavel D: JEA is ripping us off by overcharging for the water and sewer. for the past * months JEA have been trying to charge us for ***** gallons of water even known we don't use it. one evening we have clocked the meter by turning everything off and draining few gallons of water and realized that meter actually spawn to *** gallons in few minutes. Despite all the complaints via phone JEA have not done anything to repair the problem and still sending us bills with ridiculous amounts of water consumption.**We are going to complain to every possible newspaper to expose this scam on the part of JEA - Jacksonville Electric Authority running a scam on Jacksonville residents.
