GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's JetBlue customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DrTXhuskr: Flight *** on Thursday *** was cancelled for what they called bad weather. Funny thing is, there was no bad weather from New York to Jacksonville. In fact, the plane was there and loaded with passengers by **:**pm...so there should not have been a problem at all. Very*conveniently, they lied to passengers by making up the "weather" excuse to get out of providing any compensation: meal, hotel, coffee???! Passengers were stuck in the airport all night.**This is about as bad as it gets when providing for customers! I asked them to prove it! Prove there was a storm anywhere on the route, prove the airplane did not arrive at JFK with enough time to still get to Jacksonville, prove that there was anything that necessitated this, prove that all other airlines were grounded for weather (especially those with similar flight patterns which all seemed to be able to taake off on time by the way), prove that they have the great customer service they boast so freely everywhere.**It was canceled for

~DrTXhuskr: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DrTXhuskr: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JetBlue's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DrTXhuskr: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other JetBlue customers?
~DrTXhuskr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for JetBlue to know who you are.
