~Susan Buckley: Labcorp strikes me as uncaring. You walk into a lab, you should have something for the people who get weak after a blood draw. I don't fall into that category but I'm sensitive to others who do. You expect two staff to answer the phones*questions, process urine samples, blood draws, be friendly, but you overwork them and the place is giving the representation that Labcorp is only out for the money and too cheap to have what a normal lab has. From the first time I walked into a Labcorp, I have questioned their motives due to the way they treat their staff and the blank walls, coldness of the small room and many other things. It's sad. I WILL BE STRONGLY RECOMMENDING THAT BLUE SHIELD SWITCH COMPANIES.

~Susan Buckley: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Susan Buckley: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Susan Buckley: For that I would say one out of five.

~Susan Buckley: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
