GetHuman-154894: My test results were never faxed to my doctors office in a timely manner, we went round for round for two days before they figured out their fax wasn't sending. This test was needed to return to work and therefore cost me many $$$$ in missed time not to be able to return to work because of your companys lack of awareness!!!!!!
