~sad: i had an appointment and reached there ** minutes before the appointment. On the sign- in sheet i mentioned that i had an appointment. The front desk did not notice it and after ** min when I was called an I asked her about the meaning of the appointment, she said that she could not see it in the system, only to figure out later that she was looking at the wrong screen
