GetHuman-408454: I have never been so disappointed and lead in the wrong direction so many times with one company. On Sunday October **, I called Macy's at South Coast Plaza to put an item on hold for me. When I drove over there, it wasn't the right item and they were out of stock. After waiting with the employee for about ** minutes, she ordered over the phone the item and said it was do be shipped by Friday October ** *pm, which was very important because I was flying out of town that evening. After tracking the item online, I noticed AGAIN it was the wrong item. After calling Macy's on Wednesday October **, a lady name Parsis (not sure about spelling) at phone number *(***)***-**** extension ***** re-routed that item and we placed a new order for a new item. Now I had paid for * of the same item, waiting for the first item to be sent back and re-credited. She reassured me it would be sent out that day, arriving the LATEST by *pm on friday October **. She told me should wouldn't charge me for the rus
