GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-seeberh: I have been a Macy's member for years. However, this year, Macy's has claimed I have paid my bill late * times, charged me late fees, and decreased my available balance. When I called, I only got a machine and it would not allow me to speak with a human to correct the problems. Further more, the date due according to my bill is one to two days later than the date on the recording. I have never been late paying my bills and Macy's attempting to tell me I have been late on several occasions. This infuriates me.. I will never shop Macy's again nor will I recommend the store to any other person.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-seeberh: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Macy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-seeberh: For that I would say one out of five.
