~img089: Your customer service department is one of the worst I've dealt with. I know these are telemarketing people in another country with little resources, but shame on you for not solving people's problems. I've called * different times today to try to get a return label for a product that was the wrong size. Each time i was told that a return label had been emailed to me. I've never gotten it. The last girl, when I asked her for a manager, took ** minutes, then came back and told me there was no supervisor available to take my call. Just getting to talk to a human being is like pulling teeth. There is even a special website to tell you how to get through to a Macy's customer service agent. Why the secrecy? You get an "F" in customer service. Think about that when you try to determine why you have to close the next store.
