~stephiee: i didnt recieve my package when i tracked it it said it was delivered, it wasnt. so when i called the customer service number i got to speak to a LIVE person who was very helpful and made a reshipment so i can get my items. the rep was very helpful although she had a strong indian accent she was very helpful and assisted me well. I dont think i will be doing any more online shopping because id rather pay and have my items handed directly to me rather than pay and wait and have the chance that it wont be delivered to my home but to someone elses
