~JHOG: After years of working the power adapter failed. I have deleted the trouble shooting part of the 'Live chat' and have pasted the remainder of the chat.*Denny: Is there anything else I may help you with today?*John: Why do I have to send the adapter before I get the replacement. I do not want to keep this plugged in to my ipad power. I will send it back in the box of the replacement.*Denny: But you need to return that faulty one back to us first so we can then check on that and to think for its improvement.
