~ewalters: i am a *** supervisor in WA state and one of their customers life is endangered. we are trying to locate. no one could tell me if the devices are GPS equipped which seems odd. also no one could come up with a legal compliance option for a subpeona of the information. if no GPS capability then ** min chat was waste of time but they couldn't even tell me that. i suggest everyone read carefully the information about magic jack and E*** so you know emergency services are limited with this device

~ewalters: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~ewalters: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ewalters: For that I would say four out of five.
