~goldglnj: Have a projection tv with extended warrantee. Told by outregular service co that Funai had bought out Magnavox and the service contract was no longer good. Called Funai and they told us that was incorrect. Gave us a number that was Phillips-wrong number, given the number you advertised as the correct number and was told could not speak to a live person about televisions. Referred to wbsite. Still trying. Very confusing!

~goldglnj: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Magnavox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~goldglnj: For that I would say five out of five.
