~Jessica: My doctor faxed in my prescription to them. Even though he checked *€*dispense as written*€* they changed it to the generic that I cannot take due to severe side effects. I noticed it online and immediately called them to get it fixed before the medication had shipped. After * phone calls that week I was assured that all had been fixed. Not even close. I am now the proud owner of a medication they knew I couldn*€*t take and that they will not let me return nor credit my account for. To make it better not ONE of my calls to them was logged nor any notes written on my account.
