GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Medco Pharmacy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-148070: My opinion is Medco tries to cheat the customer and patient, namely by interpreting Rx to dispense least amount of medication at highest price under your insurance plan. Why can't they post the cost before mailing RX? Stop order if you don't agree? Now insurance plans are requiring use of mail order for ** day supplies, so you have no choice. Beware and copy your written Rx and order form. Medco is awful and customer service and pharmacists are surly and downright rude.
