~annoymous: received live person, who helped, after putting me back on hold for * more minutes- wile she "checked with the pharmacist". could not refill- except using a generic-even though rx was for name brand but could sub with generic(which they did the first time they refilled. Now all refills must be generic- because that's how they filled it the first time. *Plus was supposed to be auto-refill- but now am told that is not available for this rx.
