~Alvin (part two): The cannot even give the right amount in accounts! I asked for an end of year balance for an IRA required min distribution and the agent cheerfully gave it to me immediately. I hung up and had an uneasy feeling about the information. Called back and got (perhaps) the right balance which was **% lower than the first figure! So treat information from them as approximate. Call at least twice if you are asking for a number that is important or if you need to be within **- **%. While I still have no idea who these people are, DO NOT TRUST THEM if you need accurate information.
