GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Metlife Dental customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~salvador: These guys are the worst. They gave me no information and then the wrong information, and the result is that now I'm going to have to foot the bill for my dentist, who, through some technicality, cannot bill MetLife. MetLife is now giving me the run around, even though I had called previously to check and double-check that the dentist was covered. Now, of course, MetLife wants to get out of it, and leave me with the bill. What awful service, just awful. They take no responsibility, even though it shows on their own records I had called to check on the situation.
