~David Valdivia: I was shocked of how good the customer service was, taking in consideration the horror stories you can see in the comments. **I was greeted by someone named Mario and his ID was ****, He was awesome and he is the the best customer service rep I have ever been in touch. If you can request his assistance do it, I know I will. Was not on hold for long and when I got him on the phone all of my issues disappeared.
