~Unbelievable: I have called this company for the last *wks always on hold for over an hr. No answer when you select for customer service neither when you hold for superviser. I have emailed * times through the wedsite but no response.They debted my account and never shipped all the items. They have not credited me back. But when you select to order there is someone on the line in less than **sec ready to take your order. they will not help you they will tell you they do not handle that and cannot see your orders all excuses you can imagine. But transfer you to customer service or again to superviser and you will be on hold forever until the phone drops the call. They refuse to give even the coporate number and hang up on you. They are one of the worst companies since they where taken over by Chadwick of Boston.Do not deal with this company. You will regret it.
