GetHuman-415178: I tried repeatedly to get the paper discontinued, but the paper kept coming and the bills kept coming, then they sent it to a collection agency, finally to get them off my back I agreed to pay half the bill and was assured it was done. WRONG!! The collection agency is still harassing because the Star Tribune can't bother to let them know. No wonder you are losing buisness, I know I will let everyone I know about the poor service provided by the Star tribune.
