GetHuman-153931: We have been trying to get the paper for weeks now. Between payment issues to delivery issues I finally gave up. All we wanted was the Sunday paper, but after * calls to the Trib over a two week time (and still no paper) all they could tell me was that they could have another paper delivered in *-*.* hours. They have no system in place to track who delivers the paper and if it actually gets there. Basically, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. We called about this problem the first week we didn't get the paper and a week later when the same thing happened I had to call again. It took ** minutes before I was connected to a person on the phone. When she was unable to solve ANY of the issues I finally said cancel our subscription. Then she informed me that I would not be credited the full amount, dispite the fact that we have never actually received a paper. So I had to ask for her supervisor, which required another ** minutes on hold for me. Finally, I was t
