GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MobStub customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~betheb: It's been four wks since placing an order for two items. Their site says items are shipped in *-** days unless otherwise stated in the deal. The deal I had said nothing so on day ** I emailed them. Received an email reiterating what their site said... but again my deal stated no special terms. Finally in week * one the pair arrived. We are in week four and the other just shipped. The site is a joke. I will not use it again and would not recommend it. If you look around you can find similar deals on more reputable and customer friendly sites.

~betheb: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~betheb: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MobStub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~betheb: For that I would say four out of five.

~betheb: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MobStub to know who you are.
